2. Registration
2.1 You may be asked to provide Personal Information to The Crossing Theatre before purchasing any tickets, goods or services from this Website, before entering any competition on the Website or before registering as a member of this Website. If you do not provide that Personal Information to The Crossing Theatre, we may not be able to sell you tickets, goods or services, enter you into the competition or register you as a member.
2.2 All Personal Information The Crossing Theatre collects from this Website will be maintained in accordance with The Crossing Theatre's Privacy Policy.
2.3 You acknowledge that if you do not register as a member of this Website, parts of this Website designed for registered members may not be accessible to you. Employees of The Crossing Theatre and its related bodies corporate are entitled to become members of the Website, but are not entitled to enter any competitions on the Website.

3. Gift Certificates
3.1 An adult gift voucher is valid for the redemption of a movie ticket at The Crossing Theatre for 12 months only from the date of purchase and is not valid at Movie Marathons or Special Events.
3.2 The same limitations as provided in clause 3.1 apply to Child gift vouchers and Child gift vouchers are only valid for redemption of a movie ticket for admission of a person aged 14 years or less.
3.3 The same limitations as provided in clause 3.1 apply to Senior (Pensioner) gift vouchers and Senior (Pensioner) gift vouchers are only valid for redemption of a movie ticket for admission of Senior (Pensioner).
3.4 The same limitations are provided in clause 3.1 apply to Student gift vouchers and Student gift vouchers are only valid for redemption of a movie ticket for the admission of Student.
3.5 Redemption for admission to any particular cinema, movie or session is subject to availability.
3.6 A gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-refundable and is not available for exchange, unless required by law.

4. Movie Tickets
4.1 Movie tickets purchased via this Website can be collected:
- by the credit card holder presenting the card used for the transaction at the Box Office.
- by printing the ticket at home and presenting the print out at the ticket tearing point to gain admission to the selected movie session. The unique barcode on the ticket can only be used once.
4.2 Movie tickets purchased via this Website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law.
4.3 Where allocated seating applies to a session you have the choice of choosing your own seat on the Website. Otherwise seat allocation for movie tickets purchased via this Website is on a "best available" basis and is carried out by a prescribed computer program.
4.4 By purchasing movie tickets via this Website you agree that:
- you will accept the seat allocated by The Crossing Theatre to each ticket purchased; and
-  The Crossing Theatre has made no warranties or representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat, row or section of the relevant cinema.
4.5 You agree that The Crossing Theatre may at its discretion, refuse to sell movie tickets to you or withdraw any movie tickets from sale via this Website.

5. Event Tickets
5.1 Event tickets purchase via this Website can be collected:
- by the credit card holder presenting the card used for the transaction at the Ticket Box.
- where option is available, via mail.
- by printing the ticket at home and presenting the print out at the Box Office. The unique barcode on the ticket can only be used once.
5.2 Event tickets purchased via this Website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law.
5.3 Where allocated seating applies to an event you have the choice of choosing your own seat on the Website. Otherwise seat allocation for movie tickets purchased via this Website is on a "best available" basis and is carried out by a prescribed computer program.
5.4 By purchasing event tickets via this Website you agree that:
- you will accept the seat allocated by The Crossing Theatre to each ticket purchased; and
- The Crossing Theatre has made no warranties or representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat, row or section of the relevant cinema.
5.4 You agree that The Crossing Theatre may at its discretion, refuse to sell event tickets to you or withdraw any event tickets from sale via this Website

6. Concessions
6.1 Where concession tickets are purchased or concessional gift vouchers are redeemed for movie tickets, suitable identification must be presented upon collection of the tickets.

7. Delivery
7.1 Orders will be delivered to Australian business and residential street addresses only. International addresses are not accepted. All mail is subject to Australia Post timings and terms and conditions.
7.2 The Crossing Theatre takes no responsibility for orders damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail and will not replace or refund value for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers or tickets.
7.3 The expiry date of the product will be clearly marked on the product.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The Crossing Theatre owns all of the material on this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, all text, designs, logos, graphics, computer programs, audio, video and code (including HTML) in any form.
