The Crossing Theatre has four main event spaces that can accommodate groups from 10 people to 1000 people. We can cater for a variety of types of events including theatre performances, music and dance concerts, eisteddfods, weddings, cocktail evenings, awards shows, gala balls, corporate meetings, exhibitions and conferences. With its large onsite kitchen and fully licensed bar, The Crossing Theatre is prepared for any event! Food and Beverage
The Crossing Theatre has a fully stocked commercial kitchen with a Full-time Executive Chef who will prepare your catering and work with you to create a tailored dinner menu that suits your event, theme and budget. Please note that all catering must be done ‘in-house’ by The Crossing Theatre.
The Crossing Theatre is a fully licensed venue with its own bar onsite (located in the Riverside Room). The Crossing Theatre bar stocks a great range of wines, beers, ciders, spirits, RTDs and soft drinks.
Concessional use OF THE CROSSING THEATRE
Narrabri Shire Council is committed to ensuring The Crossing Theatre can be used by locals to conduct community activities. Council adopted the Community Assistance Policy to provide financial assistance to eligible organisations to conduct community events in accordance with Part 3: The Crossing Theatre Concessional Use.
Concessional Use (venue hire donation) applications are considered by Narrabri Shire Council as its Ordinary Council Meetings. The entity must demonstrate how the event improves the lives of people across the shire.
